University of Houston College Student Panel (April 9, 2010)

On Friday evening, April 9th, Black Middle School hosted its first College Student Panel!

10 University of Houston students and alumni, as well as an HPD police officer, volunteered as panelists for the Student Panel, which took place at the Go Center on Friday evening. These panelists represented a wide range of academic disciplines (some majors included art, biochemistry, mechanical engineering, hotel & restaurant management, architecture, law, and health counseling), answered students' questions, and shared their college experiences.

A special thanks to the UH students and Officer Watson who so graciously volunteered their time to serve as panelists at this event, and to Clare Nguyen, Collegiate G-Force Member, for bringing all the panelists to Black MS!
